My Chris Martin secret

Many years ago hubby and I watched our first concert together - and it was by Coldplay.

I so love, love, love Chris Martin. His voice makes me blush *hehe* And this is a secret.

One time, I actually watched his hour-long interview on youtube - until the wee hours. I guess we all have our crushes, I just didn't think I'd stay up late for it. Haha!

Now if only I could secure tickets to their concert in November!! Wishful thinking is free.

U2 Way

Have you heard recently that New York's West 53rd Street is now temporarily known as U2 Way. This is to celebrate the release of the U2's new CD. How special is that?! I guess not every celebrity gets to have a street named in their honour! Even if its only for a week.

Concert and Scrapping

I can't believe I got tickets to see Coldplay! Yipee! There was another pre-sale on the 29th of November and so I secured seats. Coolness. :) Gold Reserve seating.

And, I was able to catch up a year's worth of scrapping. I now am behind two years nalang! Haha! Well, a big improvement from being 4 years behind this. Hopefully I get to update this all the way to the present. It was quite nice to be able to reminisce a bit. I appreciate the places I've been to, the events I attended, the restaurants I've tried. And of course all these with the company of my family and or friends, or hubby. :)

A day late

I am feeling a bit cross. I just missed the Visa pre-sale for Coldplay's Sydney concert in March 2009. I was so tempted to buy tickets to see them in Melbourne or Brisbane instead.. But then again, the concert's scheduled for the middle of the week! Hassle!!

Okay, I lie, at the moment there are Sydney seats. Single seats. Meaning no two seats seated together. So that's really no good!! :X

Should we just watch them in Melbourne???

JIMMY SOMMERS The Now

"The Now" that's the song title I’m listening to now… So soothing to listen to. Sometimes I have a thing for music that even when the lyrics are not as appealing if I like the beat to it, I just listen. Having said that though, this jazzy tune caught my attention cause of both the beat and lyrics…. First time to hear this one, and I am beginning to be a fan of him. I should search him up later! Have you heard him yet? It helps that he's quite hunky too! :) He sort of reminds me of Rufus Humphrey, from Gossip Girl! Don't you think so?

Do you remember the New Kids on the Block?

I remember when I was in Elementary, this was one of THE hottest IN thing ever. Hehe. Well, I guess either you loved or hated them. My best friend loved Joe Mcintyre and looking at him now, well he's turned out to be quite a hottie. See if you can spot them then and now. (Jonathan Knight, Joe Mcintyre, Danny Wood, Donnie Wahlberg, Jordan Knight). Do you remember that NKOTB craze?
