Why do stars get away with wearing something like a 5.11 Tactical Series uniform? I was watching the morning show today and they were reviewing stars and their choice of clothes. Kylie Minogue had this combat pants on and it was not very flattering. I am not really the biggest fan of cargo pants and the like. I think I've only owned one set of these pants which I've only worn once. I guess it's really a preference. If I could say one thing about this army boot camping style : leave it with the experts who wear them for a purpose. I don't think that army fashion will ever be in. That's just me.

Another one on Scarlett Johansson

It's pretty obvious that I like Scarlett! Am such a fan! Doing the entry a few days ago reminded me of the article I read here about her somewhat new recorded song/video "Falling Down". The article went on comparing Scarlett to Lindsay Lohan, and Lindsay's video "Rumors". In both videos, they depicted their own selves (in a way) by showing a bit of how their lives are, putting on a facade in the name of showbusiness. Lindsay's video was more filled with teen angst. While Scarlett's was more pensive and controlled/composed which borders melancholic. Lindsay's video somewhat reminded me of Britney's prelude to her wild days.

Going back to Scarlett's music video, I liked the very last scene where her smile almost suddenly turns into an undescribable expression of relief. I suppose in each of our lives, at some point we can relate to this coz of the mask we have to keep up when we need to go about with our daily life. But at the end of the day, we are just tired and relieved that that is over. (Ha! So much drama!)... I guess I was more into the video scenes rather than the song she was singing!By the way the video is on Youtube, should want to see that) Anyway, She's such a good actress!

Let's just say I think Scarlett is a better actress than a singer! :) Still like her though!

There's something about Katie's Bob

I'm not quite sure I actually like it. Coz I've seen a few photos and some makes her look really sophisticated and all that, but some make her look like her hair's just all over her face. I guess it depends on the angle and the photographer?


But, I like these particular ones...


I guess, really its just a matter of preference. Either you hate it or luv it.. I wonder if it would suit me?! Haha! Not! My forehead's too small...

Hollywood : Make up or No Make up ?! What do you think?

In reality, people are not made up 24/7 365 days of the year. When one is a celebrity, it matters to be seen in public without your glossies or foundation or eyeliners. But really at the end of the day we are all human, and our face needs to breathe sans makeup. Some celebrities still look gorgeous with or without having to paint their face. But, some let say, are better with make up on. You decide which ones are just fine and which ones are great! :) See if you can recognise them on your own! Have a peek of more photos here.

Baby Bumps in Hollywood

I just really don't get it why Hollywood is making it seem that baby bumps are in! Like a craze to some fashion cut. Isn't pregnany supposed to be an occurence when two people in love decide to procreate? I really hope and pray that people writing about all these Hollywood mums-to-be don't lose track of the real real real meaning of bringing a child out into this world. That goes the same for ladies, and men as well, who are carrying with a child, or are thinking of getting pregnant. It is not something that one gets into, just to be part of the "IN" crowd. Pregnancy entails a big responsibility. It is not something that you do to be talked about. And it is definitely not something that you carelessly engage in. Think about it. Oftentimes than not, it is best to think twice, thrice, hundred times about this topic.
